    Q. How does the app work?

    A. It’s very simple. Let’s say you’re looking for business coaching clients. You simply enter your keyword; “business coaching” and the action, e.g. “need” or “want”. The app then returns all the relevant search results within seconds. You can then contact your prospects through Twitter or Google Plus, or simply download them as a CSV file.

    Q. Which social networks does your app crawl?

    A. Right now, our app can find leads on Twitter and Google+. As we constantly work on updates and continue to improve our platform, we may offer more networks in the future. Keep in mind though that these two networks alone carry over 1 billion user! That should be plenty of leads for your business

    Q. What happens after I sign up through PayPal?

    A. After you sign up, you’re automatically redirected to the PayPal website to accept the monthly recurring charges. Once you’ve accepted, you’re taken back to LeadEclipse.com to complete your account creation. You have access to our app right away.

    Q. I registered for an account but haven’t received a confirmation email yet. Shouldn’t I receive one?

    A. Most confirmation emails reach our newly registered users within a few minutes. However, it may take up to 24 hours before you receive the email. If you haven’t gotten anything in the first hour, please check your junk or spam folders.

    If you haven’t received any confirmation email after 24 hours, please contact us.

    Q. How will I be billed?

    A. All payments happen through PayPal and payments are on a monthly basis. The first 30 days are free as part of the trial. You can cancel your Lead Eclipse subscription anytime.
